About the Founder
Meet Caroline Valentine, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, the driving force behind Valentine Circles. For over two decades, she has been on the forefront of supporting HR professionals.
As a Strategic Human Resources Leader working with clients ranging from local start-ups to global organizations, Caroline has gained a strong understanding of the factors that comprise great human resource management while serving as a change agent, collaborating with HR professionals and leadership teams in transforming organizations for the better.
She is also a dedicated educator and future of work global thought leader, focusing on creative solutions to local and global challenges influenced by technological, generational, and social shifts.
